Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Unvibe (“the service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Unvibe rewrites frontend code you upload to improve its visual design. Results are generated partly by AI and may contain mistakes. Review every change before you use it in production.

Your account

You need an account to use Unvibe. Keep access to your email secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You must be at least 16 years old.

Your code

You keep all rights to the code you upload and to the results. You confirm you have the right to upload it. Don't upload secrets such as API keys or passwords.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your account page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Credits refill each monthly period and don't roll over.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Refunds

If Unvibe didn't work for you, email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it, as long as you haven't used most of that period's credits. After that, cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period.

Acceptable use

Don't use Unvibe to break the law, to process code you aren't allowed to share, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect.
